Quality Management

Kaimetrix invests in our ongoing commitment to quality by maintaining an ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System (QMS) system.

ISO 9001 is the International Organization for Standardizations (ISO) global management standard, adopted by over one million companies in 176 countries worldwide. It is a critical success factor in our ability to achieve exceptional results for our customers.

Through our ISO 9001:2015 QMS, we bring established and mature quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes at both the contract level and corporate level to ensure we deliver high-quality services are delivered to our clients in every engagement.

Kaimetrix’s corporate Program Management Office (PMO) maintains our QMS and provides the necessary oversight and reach-back support required to assist our contract teams in implementing ISO-aligned quality controls for our customers.
